Most Winn-Dixie stores rent our Bissell “Big Green” carpet cleaners. This was confirmed by store associates at numerous locations as well as the Bissell rental locator. Winn-Dixie’s carpet cleaner rental price is about $30 for 24 hours or $40 for 48 hours. There is no deposit to rent a carpet cleaner. You can rent a carpet cleaner for as long as you need it in 24- or 48-hour increments. This means if you need a carpet cleaner for only two hours, you’ll still be charged for 24 hours.

Attachments

In addition to the machine, you can rent attachments to clean things like upholstery and hard floors. Attachment rental fees are about $5 each, regardless of rental length.

Cleaning Solution

All carpet-cleaning solutions are sold separately. Cleaning solutions vary in price from around $10 to upwards of $20 depending on store availability. Bissell instructs that you only use Bissell-branded cleaning solutions for its carpet cleaners, as other brands may harm the machine.

Rental Requirements

To rent a carpet cleaner at Winn-Dixie, you’ll need to present a valid photo ID and pay the rental fee upfront. You can save some time by filling out the rental application online, printing it, and bringing it into the store.

Returning the Rental

Before you return the carpet cleaner, you’ll need to clean the machine and empty and rinse the tank. If you do not clean your rental before returning it, you will be subject to a cleaning fee. Cleaning fees vary by location.
