These include nationwide chains such as Party City and Party Depot, and regional chains like Wally’s Party Factory. Other places that might easily get overlooked are the floral departments located inside local grocery stores, such as inside an Albertsons, Smith’s, or Publix.

Your average latex balloons are usually the cheapest to fill, and shouldn’t cost you more than a dollar per balloon. Mylar balloons — which are bigger, themed, and longer lasting — are more expensive to fill, ranging from $1 to $8 per balloon.
