You can return jewelry to Sam’s Club any time, and for any reason, a corporate customer service representative said. We were told that jewelry is not on Sam’s Club’s list of items that need to be returned within a specific time frame. Instead, jewelry falls under Sam’s Club’s general return policy.

Jewelry Return Requirements

You should return the jewelry in its original packaging and include your receipt or printed order, if possible. Without the original packaging, Sam’s Club may only offer a partial refund; without the receipt, the store may deny your return.

Sam’s Club Return Process

Jewelry purchased from SamsClub.com can be returned in stores or by mail. To request a return by mail, call the Member Service Center at (888) 746-7726 or log in to your Sam’s Club account, fill out a return form, and print a return shipping label.

Sam’s Club offers free return shipping via FedEx. Shipping and delivery charges on your original order will only be refunded if Sam’s Club made a mistake with the order or the item arrived damaged.

At a Sam’s Club store, you can return any in-store or SamsClub.com purchase. You do not need to return in-store purchases to the same store where you made the original purchase.
