Saks Fifth Avenue allows price matching with approved retailers. If you find a lower price from an approved retailer, you can request a price match at the point of sale or up to seven days after purchase. Price matching is available in-store and online.  Saks Price Match Policy
Saks Fifth Avenue participates in price matching with similar retailers. To get the lower price, you’ll need to provide proof, such as an advertisement, a photo of a tag featuring a sale price, or a promotional code.[1] Saks will only approve price matches from the following retailers:
- Barney’s
- Bergdorf Goodman
- Bloomingdale’s
- Lord & Taylor
- Neiman Marcus
- Nordstrom
Additionally, Saks.com will match identical items from Amazon. (Amazon price matching is generally not available at Saks Fifth Avenue stores.)[1]
Keep in mind that some in-store policies may vary from the corporate policy. We contacted Saks Fifth Avenue stores in several states to confirm that they follow the corporate policy. One store associate told us that a supervisor must authorize the price match, and another said that price matching is not available at her location. You may want to contact your local Saks Fifth Avenue to find out about its in-store price match policy before visiting.
How to Request a Price Match
You can request a price match for a Saks.com purchase by contacting Saks customer service at (877) 551-7257. If you find a lower price on an identical item at one of the retailers listed above, you can also request a price match from an associate in stores.
Saks allows price matching at the point of sale and up to seven days after purchase with your original receipt. (Saks also allows price adjustments up to seven days after purchase, as long as you have the receipt.) Once it approves the price match, Saks will issue a partial refund to the original payment method.

I just called Saks customer service and they do NOT price match Amazon. Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus are the only retailers Saks will price match.
Hello, Nichole! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We contacted Saks and found that Saks.com does price match with Amazon, but you generally cannot price match with Amazon at a Saks store. (Keep in mind, as well, that since stores can deviate from the corporate policy, your local store may match a more limited list of retailers or may not price match at all.)
