Ross Employee Discount Policy

We reached out to Ross corporate customer service representatives and stores in California, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia to find out more about the company’s employee discount program. We were told that the Ross Dress for Less employee discount is available to both full- and part-time employees. The employee discount is 20% off most items every day and 40% off most items on double discount days, a corporate customer service representative said.

We were told that the company has double discount days once per quarter, and store managers will advise employees when double discount days will be held. Ross employees can also use their employee discount at dd’s Discounts (which is owned by Ross).

Employee Discount Exclusions

Ross employees can use their employee discount on all store merchandise except jewelry and perfume. Additionally, the discount is only available to employees — family and friends cannot use your employee discount.
