JCPenney Military Discount Policy
JCPenney does not offer an everyday military discount at its stores, corporate customer service representatives said. However, it has previously offered a 20%, in-store Veteran’s Day discount for active and veteran service members and their families.
The best way to find out about upcoming sales at JCPenney is to check its website for announcements, representatives told us. Exclusions, military ID requirements, and other details vary for each sale.
Portrait Discounts
JCPenney Portraits is operated by Lifetouch, not JCPenney itself; Lifetouch sometimes offers a military discount coupon. Military coupons are valid for a specific date range and give portrait discounts to active and retired military members and their families, a customer service representative said. Check the JCPenney Portrait offers page for current savings.
When a military coupon is available, you will need to take your valid military ID to your photo session. Note that exclusions and additional information will appear in the fine print on the coupon.
