Finish Line Price Adjustment and Price Match Policy Explained

Finish Line used to offer price adjustments on in-store and online purchases within 10 days of purchase. However, this policy has changed, and the store no longer offers any kind of price adjustments, customer service representatives said.^[1] It also does not price match with other retailers. Other Ways to Save at Finish Line

Finish Line has two free customer rewards programs, STATUS and Winner’s Circle. STATUS is the newer of the two programs, and the only one available to new customers, customer service representatives said.^[1]

STATUS rewards customers for qualifying purchases made in-store, online, or with the Finish Line mobile app. The points you earn can be redeemed for STATUS rewards, such as Finish Line Cash certificates and free shipping.

STATUS membership has two tiers, General Admission and A-List, based on the amount of money you’ve spent in the calendar year. In the General Admission tier, you earn 10 points for every dollar spent. If you’ve spent at least $500 in the calendar year, you become an A-List member, earning 15 points for every dollar you spend.

If you are already a Winner’s Circle member, you can choose to keep your Winner’s Circle membership or convert your Winner’s Circle points to STATUS points and join the new program. Winner’s Circle rewards you have will be converted to Finish Line Cash. While Winner’s Circle members can convert their membership, STATUS members cannot change their membership to Winner’s Circle.
