Money Transfer Process

Most Dollar General locations require that you start your transfer in the Western Union app or at WesternUnion.com and finish it in-store. Select “Pay cash in-store” online or in the app and visit the nearest Dollar General within the next 12 hours to pay the transfer amount and fee. The recipient can then pick it up at any Western Union agent by confirming the sender’s name, country of origin, and the transfer amount.
