Availability

We contacted Dollar General stores in Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Oregon. About 80% of the stores we called have Rug Doctor carpet cleaners available to rent.

During our research, we found that a specific Dollar General location no longer has carpet cleaner rentals available because the machines were returned in disrepair. The store manager said the location may require a deposit in the future or halt the service if customers continue to misuse the machines. If the machine breaks during your rental period, contact the Dollar General store where you rented the machine and a store associate will be able to assist you.
