Does Domino’s Take EBT?

Most Domino’s locations do not take EBT, but select locations do accept it under state-run Restaurant Meals Programs (RMPs). Usually, EBT cardholders cannot buy prepared foods with their cards; pizza from Domino’s falls under the category of prepared food. However, RMPs allow select EBT cardholders — namely the elderly, disabled, or unhoused — to purchase hot meals at restaurants.

We confirmed this information by contacting Domino’s restaurants and checking state Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailer lists. At the time of this writing, only select Domino’s locations in Arizona and California take EBT, though five states have RMPs (as previously reported).

As noted above, RMP-approved SNAP recipients can use their EBT cards at a specific list of restaurants authorized by their state of residence. How to Use EBT at Domino’s

If there is a Domino’s in your area that accepts EBT and you qualify for your state’s Restaurant Meals Program, you can use your EBT card as you would at a store — just swipe it rather than a debit or credit card when you are ready to pay.

Note that you must pay for your order at the restaurant when using EBT; you cannot use your EBT card for online or app-based Domino’s orders/deliveries.
