If you have a pair of Clarks shoes that you are unhappy with or that appear defective, you can contact Clarks customer service or visit a Clarks store near you to initiate a return. Store associates will inspect the shoes for any issues or wear and tear, then determine if they can do an exchange or issue a refund. Clarks may deny returns for shoes you’ve worn outside or that show obvious signs of wear.
