Can Wayfair Items Be Returned to Walmart?
Purchases from Wayfair, an online home goods retailer, cannot be returned to Walmart stores, customer service managers from both Wayfair and Walmart confirmed. Wayfair and Walmart have a “retail partnership,” customer service representatives said, but Walmart does not own or operate Wayfair.
Wayfair returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition, according to Wayfair’s return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus shipping costs. - Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Non-Returnable”

Items purchased on Walmart.com can be returned to Walmart stores if they were sold and shipped by Walmart. Walmart.com lists a few furniture items sold and shipped by Wayfair. These items do not qualify for in-store returns as they are sold by a third-party retailer.
