Many stores like Kroger, Publix, and Walmart sell coconut cream in the international foods aisle. You can also buy coconut cream online from retailers like Amazon and Thrive Market. For the full list of places where you can buy coconut cream (and where you can’t), see below.

Where to Buy Coconut Cream

While it is slightly less commonly available than coconut milk, many grocery stores, superstores, and online retailers sell coconut cream. Coconut cream is similar to coconut milk, but it has a thicker consistency. Recipes for curries, soups, milkshakes, and smoothies sometimes call for coconut cream. Keep in mind, coconut cream is not to be confused with cream of coconut, which is a sweetened version of coconut cream used primarily in dessert recipes and mixed drinks.

Below, we list the places where you can buy coconut cream in-store and online. When shopping in stores, look for coconut cream in the international foods aisle or Asian foods section. It is typically sold in unrefrigerated cans.
