When the time comes to pay your phone bill, there are numerous Boost Mobile payment options. You can pay it in person, by phone, online, or through the My Boost app. If you choose the online payment or app option, you can even set up Boost Mobile autopay so you don’t have to pay the bill manually each month. Boost Mobile accepts credit, debit, and Re-Boost cards as payment. Below, we have more details on how to pay Boost Mobile bills using your preferred payment method.

Boost Mobile Payment Locations

You can pay your Boost Mobile bill in person at a Sprint store or at a Boost Mobile kiosk located in a store (such as Best Buy, Target, etc.) near you. Not sure where to find Boost Mobile payment locations? You can use the Boost Mobile store locator to find one near you.

Boost Mobile Pay by Phone

If you’ve wondered “Can I pay my Boost Mobile phone bill over the phone?” — the answer is yes. With Boost Mobile, pay by phone by using either credit/debit cards or Re-Boost cards. Here’s how to do Boost pay by phone:

  • If you’re calling from your Boost Mobile phone, dial #ADD (#233): Using your Boost Mobile phone, dial #233 and follow the voice prompts to pay with your credit/debit card or redeem a Re-Boost card. If you’re redeeming a Re-Boost card, you’ll need to provide the PIN found on the back of the card.
  • If you’re calling from another phone, use the number (888) 266-7848 instead. You’ll need that number if you’re not making the call with your Boost Mobile device, but you’ll follow the same process to pay the bill.

Boost Mobile Pay Online

If you prefer to do the Boost Mobile pay online method, there are a few ways to make Boost online payments:

  • One-time payment: Visit “My Account” and use your credit/debit card to make a one-time Boost online payment or redeem a Re-Boost card.
  • Auto Re-Boost: Visit “My Account” and register your credit/debit card to set up worry-free Boost Mobile autopay.
  • Boost Mobile Gift Payment: Using the Boost Mobile Gift Payment option, you can add money to a friend’s account by paying with your credit/debit card. If they have a Boost Mobile account, they should be able to do the same for you as well.

Pay With the My Boost App

Boost Mobile offers the My Boost app for account management. Using the My Boost app, you can track your data use and call history, review your mobile plan, enroll in autopay (known as Auto Re-Boost), or make individual payments. The My Boost app is free to use; just click “Pay Next Month” and use your credit card, debit card, or a Re-Boost card to make a payment.

If you need assistance with your My Boost app, customer service is just a phone call or email away.

In Summary

There are various ways to pay your Boost Mobile phone bill, including in person at Boost Mobile payment locations, by phone, online, and the My Boost app. Unfortunately, for anyone who wants to pay by traditional paper mail, the payment FAQs completely leave out this possibility. We contacted the company and confirmed that it does not offer this service to its customers.

As you’re paying bills, maybe you need to get cash or deposit a check when the bank is closed — perhaps it’s a weekend, a holiday, or after hours. To learn about your options, see our article: Can You Cash a Check at an ATM? Can You Deposit?

      Hi Debra,

If you pay in person, you should be given a receipt. If you pay online, Boost Mobile will send you an SMS text message following your payment as confirmation that your payment has been received. If you don’t receive this confirmation, you can contact Boost Mobile Wallet’s support at: 888-973-9080. Their e-mail address is: [email protected].

I played my bill 2day with my visa in the amount of 59.00 from netspend so I am denied I have not made payment

      Hi Gerri,

If for some reason your payment via NetSpend was denied, you can try one of the other payment methods. You can use a checking account or debit card, pay in person at a kiosk, or try a different credit card. If you want to find out why your payment was denied, you’ll have to call either Boost or Visa, depending on which one of them caused the payment to be declined. For Boost, try calling (866) 402-7366. Their hours are 4 AM to 8 PM PST Monday through Friday and 4 AM to 7 PM PST on weekends. You can also try their online contact form, but I’d recommend calling. For Visa, there is usually a customer service number on the back of your card.

How can I pay my bill using a paypal account

    • First Quarter Finance logo
First Quarter Finance | Rebecca Turley

      Hi Talisha,

While Boost Mobile doesn’t accept PayPal as a form of payment, you can apply for a PayPal debit card and use it to pay your Boost Mobile bill. When you use your PayPal debit card, the funds will be automatically deducted from your PayPal account.

How do i use the money in my account to pay my phone bill.i have $20 in my account and im on auto reboost so i owe $20 .to equal $40 but idk how to do it

    • First Quarter Finance logo
First Quarter Finance | Sarah Quinn

      Cody,

If you’re referring to $20 on your Boost Mobile account, you go to My Account on the Boost Mobile website and log in, where you can then pay your bill using the funds in your account. Alternately, you can use the Boost Mobile Wallet Plus App, pay over the phone, or pay in person, just as mentioned in the article. If you’re referring to $20 in your checking account, you can use the Boost Mobile Wallet Plus app to pay directly from your checking account, pay with a check in store, or use a debit card associated with that checking account to pay using any of the methods mentioned above.

How do I implement auto Reboost again. When I changed my monthly plan, I took away my auto reboost.

First Quarter Finance | Hillary M. Miller

      Hi Marie,

Setting up Re-Boost after a change to your monthly plan will follow the same process as setting it up for the first time. To set up Auto Re-Boost, you’ll need to visit the sign-in page on the Boost Mobile website and sign into your account using your phone number and your account PIN. (If you don’t know your PIN, you can choose the “Forgot your Account PIN?” link underneath the “Sign In” button to help you set up a new one.) Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘Re-Boost’ or ‘Add Money’ tab, and select the link at the bottom of the page to set up automatic payments. This is also where you will be able to update your current Auto Re-Boost settings if you want to make any changes. If you’d prefer not to set up Re-Boost online, you can also change or cancel your Auto Re-Boost by dialing #ADD (#233) from your Boost phone. You can read more about Auto Re-Boost on the FAQs page of the Boost Mobile website. I hope this helps!

      Hi Phillip,

You may be interested in Auto Re-Boost. This service allows you to set up automatic payments with your debit or credit card. This way, you’ll only need to set up payments once, and then your payments will be automatically deducted from the linked account so you don’t have to worry about making payments in the future. To set up Auto Re-Boost, you’ll need to click here to visit the sign-in page on the Boost Mobile website and sign into your account using your phone number and your account PIN. You can read more about Auto Re-Boost on the FAQs page of the Boost Mobile website. First Quarter Finance | Rebecca Turley

          Hi Elizabeth,

I checked with Boost Mobile and found this on their website: “The Primary line is responsible to pay for the Family monthly bill plus any extra services the lines have.” It looks like the plan must be paid in full to be able to activate any line.
