For a price match to be approved, the competitor must be an authorized reseller and the item must be in stock and identical in model number, condition, size, and color. To request a price match, you can reach out to Adorama’s customer service by calling (800) 223-2500 or by using Adorama’s live chat function. A customer service representative will ask you for a link to the competitor’s item as proof of the lower price. A picture of a local ad or flyer will not be accepted as proof for price matching. If the price match is approved, a representative will place your order for the lower price.
