Shopbop Return Policy

The Shopbop return policy is as follows. You can return items to Shopbop within 30 days. For all U.S. orders, a prepaid shipping label will be included in your delivery, along with a return form. To make a return, fill out the form and include it with your return. After you affix the prepaid shipping label, you can drop the package off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) mailbox or post office. Alternately, you can arrange for free USPS pickup.

According to Shopbop’s return policy, U.S. returns are free if you make them within 15 days of delivery. Returns made 15 to 30 days after delivery still ship for free with the prepaid shipping label, but you’ll be charged a $10 return fee. Also, note that your refund amount won’t include the order’s original shipping cost.

International customers can also make returns but will need to pay for return shipping. Return forms are included with international orders, but prepaid labels aren’t. Shipping cost will vary by country.

All returned merchandise should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, and the original tags must be attached. For footwear, the original shoebox will need to be included in the return.
