H&M accepts Apple Pay at all of its store locations, an H&M customer service representative said. Before you can use Apple Pay at an H&M store, you’ll need to set up your Apple Wallet on your Apple device. You can visit Apple’s website for a step-by-step guide to setting up Apple Pay. Once your device is set up, all you have to do to pay is place your finger on the ID sensor and hold your phone or other Apple device near the card reader’s sensor. When returning an item to H&M that you purchased using Apple Pay, you can get a refund through the same process.

You cannot use Apple Pay when shopping on H&M’s website. H&M lists the following acceptable forms of payment for online orders:

• Debit cards
• Major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
• PayPal
• H&M gift cards
